There is a learning curve to any skill and knitting is no exception. It is a myth to believe that experienced knitters never make mistakes. In fact, they do. What they have learned is how to recognize their mistakes and what tools to use to fix the mistakes (or NOT to fix them). Come join us for a session to learn about stitch level and pattern level mistakes, how to recognize them, and what to do about them. Some “oops” we will cover include dropped stitches, yarn overs, too few stitches, too many stitches, twisted stitches, direction changes, pattern reading, dropped cable stitches, lace boo boos and many more. Come and learn to fix or not to fix.
