2-at-a-time toe-up

Instructor: Winn Archambeau-Muñoz

Tuesday, November 19th; 1:00pm-4:30pm

Do you suffer from Second-Sock-Syndrome? Do you dread having to knit the sock again, so you can get a pair and risk having them be different or run out of yarn? Then knit them both at the same time! Learn how to knit two socks at the same time from the toe-up.

Following Melissa Morgan-Oakes’ techniques we will make 2 worsted weight dwarf concept socks (of contrasting colors) at the same time.  In two parts we will learn Judy’s Magic Cast-on, magic loop technique, knitting in the round, toe shapings, lifted increases and decreases, making a gusset, short row shaping, heel cups, heel flaps, leg knitting and ribbing.

Leave ready to begin a pair of socks of your choice – Toe up and 2-at-a-time, of course!
